Fearing a nervous breakdown, Nathalie Baye takes a leave of absence from her teaching job in Lyon and revisits old friends, makes new ones, and questions both her professional and personal life. A mellow portrait film in which the city is as much a character as Baye and her acquaintances, it describes seven days of incidents, each small but none insignificant.
