Bava was contractually obligated to direct this bawdy sequel to Dr. Goldfoot and the Bikini Machine, and both films were direct influences on the Austin Powers series. In an effort to start a war between the U.S. and the Soviet Union, mad scientist Dr. Goldfoot (Vincent Price) programs his seductive bikini-clad fembots to become (literal) bombshells, seducing NATO generals only to explode in flagrante delicto.
