Fresh from playing Robin Hood, Errol Flynn jumped into romantic comedy as a former newspaper editor turned publicist who’s trying to improve a millionaire’s bad image and in the process falls for his daughter (Olivia de Havilland)—who happens to be engaged to the newspaper publisher who fired him. Meanwhile go-getter reporter Rosalind Russell tries to rope Flynn in to save the paper from being shut down.
