Nathalie (Marie Gillain) a teenage salesgirl, whose identity is wrapped up in brand names, picks up businessmen at nightclubs, acting as bait for her movie-violence obsessed boyfriend (Olivier Sitruk) and his buddy (Bruno Putzulu), who gain entry to their marks’ apartments to commit robbery. Basing his film on an actual case, Tavernier maps the route from aimlessness to unrepentant brutality.
