When Manchu forces torch a Shaolin temple, dedicated practitioner Chen Kuan Tai barely escapes but then sees his reputation smeared in the ensuing manhunt. Duped into thinking Chen is a renegade bandit, fellow Shaolin disciple Fu Sheng defeats him in combat before realizing that theirs is a shared crusade. This exciting pairing of popular folk heroes played by two of kung fu cinema’s greatest stars is not to be missed.
