Cristina Ferrare, later a top TV host, had her most notable big-screen showcase for cult horror helmer Moctezuma, starring as the titular character, a seemingly chill artist down Mexico way whose true nature is that of bloodthirsty predator, targeting quarry of both sexes including Helena Rojo (of Aguirre, the Wrath of God). No less than John Carradine appears as her estranged vampire father, and the cinematography is by Miguel Garzón (Highway Patrolman).
