Screened October 29–31, 2018

Nineties indie-movie stalwarts gather in front of and behind the camera for a black-and-white family drama—except that the family is Dracula’s; the singular Elina Löwensohn is an inspired choice to play the late Count’s daughter Nadja, journeying to Brooklyn to find brother Edgar (Jared Harris) and targeting Galaxy Craze and Suzy Amis, relatives of foe Van Helsing (Peter Fonda), for seduction. With David Lynch, who endorsed the movie as presenter, as a morgue attendant.
