The first 3-D production by the North Carolina-based independent filmmaking team of director Worth Keeter, screenwriter Thom McIntyre, and actor/producer Earl Owensby. The latter stars as a small-town sheriff who must protect the citizenry—kids, mud-wrestlers, rich folk, et al.—from 12 rampaging killer Rottweilers bred by the military. Among the 3-D FX: the mutts’ own POV.
