During the summer of 1987, four friends (Helena Howard, Elena Kampouris, Nick Krause, James Bloor) embark on a night of partying to mourn the sudden breakup of the British band The Smiths. At the same time, an impassioned fan (Ellar Coltrane) takes a disc jockey hostage (Joe Manganiello) and forces him to play nothing but Smiths tracks.
