Graphic novelist David Sutcliffe is being hounded for product by editor Jennifer Coolidge, but he’s busy obsessing over being ghosted by lover Antonio Sabato Jr. and so flees L.A. to track down the latter in Argentina — where he gets ensnared in a dangerous new romance amidst seductive locales lensed by the late great cinematographer Ken Kelsch (known for his Abel Ferrara movies). Moreton (who also directed Edge of Seventeen) co-wrote the screenplay with former film industry journalist Dennis Hensley, adapted from James Robert Baker’s novel.
