Taking on a third iconic role in as many years under Fisher’s direction, Peter Cushing meticulously portrays a pitch-perfect Sherlock Holmes. Peter Bryan adapts the classic Arthur Conan Doyle mystery revolving around the titular monster stalking Christopher Lee and haunting his estate. André Morell smartly plays Watson to Cushing’s Holmes as the duo answer the call for help. With John Le Mesurier and Helen Goss as the Barrymores.
